Ideally, IMMEDIATE MEMORY shelve should be emptied by morning. If not, left over will be added to the following sleep cycle. Over and over and over again. As a result, quality and the quantity of our sleep may diminish. Overwhelmed system may begin to malfunction, effecting not only our mental capacity, but also become prerequisite for the numerous physical problems, which in turn, will effect quality and quantity of our sleep. There for, to feel good and our mind to be sharp and function properly, it is vitally important to have at list 7 to 9 hours of good quality sleep.
